This study conceptually addresses the integration of business ethics into corporate culture through the lens of esoteric thought systems. To construct this theoretical framework, the research draws upon a multidisciplinary literature review as its core conceptual methodology. It seeks to transform ethical values from abstract concepts into deeply internalized frameworks by utilizing a combined approach involving myths, storytelling, symbols, rituals, and organizational artifacts. This paper critically examines the inherent limitations of traditional ethics programs and identifies the recurring problems that arise from restricting ethical responsibility solely to Human Resources (HR) departments. By demonstrating how the symbolic and intuitive dimensions of the esoteric approach can fill this critical gap, the research highlights a more holistic path for organizational development. The structure of esotericism, which bridges individual meaning-seeking with a collective ethical consciousness, allows values to be embedded within the very fabric of the organizational culture rather than remaining as peripheral compliance measures. Ultimately, this study provides a comprehensive guide on implementing esoteric elements at the organizational level, offering practical recommendations and setting a clear agenda for future empirical research.
