What is the power of energy drinks?

Energy drinks are hypertonic and popular drinks since 1990s. Consumption of energy drinks can significantly improve physical and mental performance. Unfortunately, the body of literature is limited and it is not known whether these improvements are due to the caffeine other herbal ingredients, or as a result of the combination of the ingredients found in a beverage. Also, energy drink use in population to compare reported risk taking behaviours and negative health consequances within combined users, and to investigate differences between men and women on reported risk taking behaviours. Resulths indicated that combined users consumed significantly more alcohol than people used alcohol only. Also, indicated that men took significantly more risks than women drinking alcohol only and combining. Literature knowledge of affects and ingredients of energy drinks and report cases take place in this article.Downloads
