Developing of organizational cynicism scala for teachers

Abstract

The organizational cynicism can be defined as negative behavior of a person who works for an organization. The setting the degree of the organizational cynicism is important for the success and the future of the organization. In this study, it is aimed to develop the organizational cynicism for the primary teachers. The set of the data is discussed suitablity for the factor analysis before making for factor analysis for the scale. In the analysis, the KMO value seems .88. The KMO value is .88 > .50, so data set is suitable for factor analysis. Later, the result of the Barlett exam is seemed whether it is valuable or not. And data set is seemed as suitable for factor analysis. The eleven points which are under .30 value, were got out of the scale. The value of the Organizational Cynicism Scale for Theachers, is observed higher than 1.00 value about 4 factored. The scale explains totaly varient is .59 with 4 factors. For the scale’s reliabilty Crombach Alpha formula coefficient is used. The Crombach Alpha coefficient is .896 for the all scale.
