We live in the world which has been always changed until it was created and world made this changing felt to the all creatures which live in there. This changing fact, technology improves rapidly, necessities always increase alteringly in these days, has excessively demonstrated itself; as all the field, especially at political economic and social activities. The competition life, in the most of the field of life, has fallen bad situation intensively to the most of the enterprises.

  The business enterprises, to comply with the changing situations, look for the ways of the increasing productivity. One of the reason whether or not reach the target of the enterprises is attitude and behavior of the person who take on the role of leader. Enterprises which couldnt increase their productivity and employee force can not forsee confidently their destiny. One of the factors which effects productivity positively or negatively, all parts of life, is understood of its importance, is the behavior style of leaders.
