Abstract

Nowadays the consumption of vegetable oil and oily seeds which is now used as a basic subtance of many industry is increasing gradually. Turkey, as its geographical situation, has essential conditions to grow up oily seed plants which has also big place in the world consumption. As oily seed plants; sunflower, sesame, linen, hemp, cottonseed, poppy, peanut, soybean, safflower and rape brought up in, our country arent benefited from all of them as its necessary. In recent years soybean is one of them which has many usage fields in world market. For this neason being put forward and improved of the production and consumption of the available planting fields of soybean demand great importance.
