Swimming is a fun if done properly using the scientific rules and guidence. Fishes are the best swimmers due to their anatomical evolution to live in the water. But men has evolved to survive on land and has anatomical structures adapted to fit the living conditions on land not in the water . Body anatomical properties, weight difference between the upper part and the lower part of the body and the regional distribution of respiration organs of men create difficulties to swim as desired. To overcome this problem men has to adapt the position of the body in the water fishlike, observe understand and imitate what the fish do in the water, has training exercises developed accordingly and swim fishlike.
