This paper is a short review of energy production, energy problems and faking the necessary measures in Turkey. End of the years 1980's, time of planned development, economic structures of Turkey changed and energy sector shoved augmentation with exports, national income, productions. It seems very clear that active planning is required to protect real energy conditions and development
