The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of employees’ silence behavior on career expectations within scope of justice perception in ground handling business of airports. After a literature search that related to subject, a questionnaire was developed from the previous studies. Data were collected at airports in Antalya, Milas-Bodrum and Dalaman by research groups in face-to-face interviews with 497 employees and were analyzed with PASW statistical program. Firstly, the validity and reliability analysis was conducted on data. Secondly, structural and convergent validity of the data have revealed with the factor analysis. Thirdly, correlation analysis was used to investigate the relationship between independent variables (despair, insensitive, impartiality, distrust) and career expectation. Finally, it was tested using a regression analysis to determine the affects of independent variables on the factor of career expectation. As a result, research findings suggest that a significant relationship was found between three of the four independent variables (despair, impartiality, and distrust) and employees’ career expectation. Downloads
